Road Safety Week is a great reminder of how important sharp vision is to keeping yourself and others safe on the roads.

Vision & Driving Information | Find an Optician | Prize Draw

Everybody should have their eyes checked at least once every two years, and more frequently if you have risk factors such as diabetes or a family history of glaucoma. These checks not only keep your vision sharp, with the perfect corrective lenses if needed, but they can also help spot early signs of a wide range of health issues. And early action can make all the difference.

So why not book your eye test today? Use our Locator to find your nearest SPECS network opticians.

And … don’t forget to enter our Road Safety Week free prize draw!

As always, it’s easy and free to enter. We are giving away another one of our highly desirable iPads.

This competition closes at midnight on Sunday 25th November, so get your entry in now!

SPECS network Practice of The Day
Thursday 15th November

Brian J Toye Opticians, Exmouth

The family has a long tradition in the optical industry, first starting with Brian Toye’s grandfather Alfred in Petticoat Lane, London. He then went on to train his 6 sons who all ran practices in the Greater London area. Brian then established our practice in Exmouth in 1977 and his daughter Charlotte is the Dispensing Optician. Today we still value our long tradition of community eye care but we have evolved with the times to include the most advanced retinal imaging technology, the latest lens designs and quality spectacle frames.
